Celebrating the beach....

I absolutely love it when my clients are nontraditional! When Erika called me about this cake, she thought I would laugh at her, tell her it wasn't possible. I never ever say a cake is not possible, and instead, jump at the challenge.

I loved how the shells turned out. Slightly colored sugar makes the perfect white sand. So now that I'm on the subject, maybe its time I planned my next trip to the islands...
